42 of 45 Moments of Wonder
This is the final week of this series about Wonder. So much has happened over these two months, and while I intended to be finished this series on Valentine’s Day, I don’t regret taking the extra time to do this right and to focus on myself, my healing and my health.
This week I want to focus on dreams. What are the dreams you have for your life? Do you give yourself permission to dream about the kind of life you are longing to live? If you are like me, allowing yourself to dream might feel like a luxury you can’t afford. Or that to dream is to not be thankful for the life you have right now. And yet, I believe that to dream is to build upon the life we are living today. To dream is to say yes to the joy we currently have and to begin to create more of that joy in the areas of our lives that are not quite where we want them to be.
So this week, join me in dreaming. Give yourself permission, as I will give myself permission, to dream about something that doesn’t yet exist. Work with me to play with taking what is in our unconscious and bringing it into our conscious. For when we dream, we begin to focus less on what we don’t want, and more on what we do want.
Nothing happens unless we dream first. I wonder what you will dream, what you will build in your life. Where will more joy, more love, more kindness, more laughter, more goodness show up in your life as you dream with me?
